Working Principle of Drum Type Garlic Size Grading Machine
The grading process is based on diameter separation:

Garlic bulbs are fed into the rotating drum.

The drum is designed with gradually increasing hole sizes.

As the drum rotates, smaller garlic bulbs fall through the smaller holes first.

Larger bulbs continue moving forward until they reach larger grading openings.

Each size category is collected separately through dedicated outlets.
This rotary drum design ensures smooth movement and minimizes damage to the garlic surface.
