Automatic Garlic Separating and Peeling Machine

Automatic Garlic Separating and Peeling Machine can separate the garlic into garlic clove first, then remove the skin out of the garlic clove. This machine is made of stainless steel that meets high-quality garlic clove production line requirements. This line adopts pneumatic garlic peeling, which does not need water which is clean and easy to use. It is widely used in garlic processing plants, food factories, spice companies, and export-oriented agricultural businesses. This machine significantly improves productivity, reduces labor costs, and ensures hygienic processing compared to manual peeling.

Working Principle of Garlic Separating and Peeling Machine

Step 1 – Garlic Feeding Elevator

Put the garlic into the hopper in the elevator, and then stepless speed adjusting the elevator will send evenly the garlic to the segment separator/garlic separating machine.

Step 2 – Garlic Separating

Whole garlic bulbs are fed into the separating unit, where rubber roller gently break the bulbs into individual cloves without damaging them.

Step 3 – Air Compression Peeling

The separated cloves enter the peeling chamber. Compressed air creates strong vortex airflow that removes the garlic skin without water.

Step 4 – Skin and Clove Separation

The peeled garlic cloves and dry skins are automatically separated and discharged from different outlets.

Step 5 – Peeled Garlic Clove Selection Conveyor

then the peeling garlic cloves into the conveying picker to pick the unqualified garlic by manual picking.
