Automatic Bottle Liquid Nitrogen Filling Machine is used to fill liquid nitrogen into the bottle or jar which can extrude the air out and form a vacuum in the can. In this way, we can increase the aluminum can or pet jar internal pressure and prolong the canned food or beverage shelf life. Automatic Liquid NItrogen Filling Machine is with two sensors. The first sensor detects the line speed, the second sensor detects the container and automatically injects the required liquid nitrogen. Once the container is sensed, the filling valve is opened and a fixed amount of liquid nitrogen is injected. The entire process is controlled by the programmable logic controller, sensor and human-machine interface. Liquid Nitrogen Dosing Machine adopts Siemens PLC and touch screen. All pipes adopt vacuum heat-insulated pipes which could ensure minimum consumption of liquid nitrogen and no frosting operation condition.
